Privacy

In the event that the internet service gives the possibility to declare personal data or business data i.e. email-address, name, post address (“data”) it is understood by the user that the user hereby give said data away voluntarily. All offered services – if technically possible and reasonable – may also be used without declaring personal data or by usage of a pseudonymous. It is assured that data will only be stored and used by the Provider. There will be no dissemination of data to third parties.

Payment

We use Shopify for all of our transactions and all payments are processed in US Dollars. Shopify is a secure payment method protected by government approved firewalls. Your credit card details cannot be obtained by any other party.

Shipping

Your orders are very important to us and we wish to ensure that you receive what you order in a timely fashion. We make sure to process your order within 2 to 5 days. Our prints are sent by airmail from our studio in Boulder, Colorado to anywhere in the world. We offer USPS's First-Class Package International Service for international orders and Priority Mail® for domestic orders. Orders that are made through any of our third party partners are subject to our partners shipping policies.

Returns

If you're unhappy with the product you've received, then we'd be happy to take it back, or replace it, provided that you contact us within 1 week of receiving the product.

Returns procedure:

1. Write to us at hello@bergerfohr.com to let us know what you're unhappy with and why.

2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 48 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.

Loss / Damage

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch. This is to allow for any customs/postal service delays that may be affecting the delivery of your print/s. If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. We will then advise you on the best course of action. We will require a photo of the damaged item to claim compensation from the shipping provider.
